Provider information is presented with its source and verification status where available. Listings do not constitute a medical recommendation or guarantee of clinical quality.
What we check
- Basic provider details: name, location and contact information.
- Listed services and the languages a provider says it offers.
- Published prices, where a provider or a public source makes them available.
- Whether a detail matches a relevant official public register on the date we checked.
What we do not check
- We do not assess clinical quality, safety or treatment outcomes.
- We do not rank providers by how good their care is.
- We do not confirm details we have not been able to trace to a source.
- We never use the word 'verified' on its own — we always say exactly what was checked.
Sources and dates
Where we check a detail, we record the source and the date it was checked, and show them next to the detail.
Information changes. A date tells you how fresh a detail is; older details may need to be checked again.

Authorization vs accreditation
Authorization is official permission to operate — for example, a licence from a national or regional health authority.
Accreditation is a voluntary quality standard awarded by an independent body. It is different from authorization and does not replace it.
