Is Moveora giving medical advice?
No. Moveora is an information and comparison platform. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or tell you which provider to choose. Please speak to a qualified professional for medical decisions.
Is this a clinic or an agency?
No. Moveora is not a healthcare provider and not an authorised medical-tourism agency. We do not treat patients, refer you, or book appointments.
How do you get your information?
Some details are supplied by providers directly; others we find in named public sources and record with a date. Each detail carries a label so you can see how it was gathered.
Why do some fields say Not published or Not available?
Because we do not have that detail yet, or a provider has not shared it. We would rather show a clear gap than guess.
Does paying change my ranking?
No. Payment never changes how information is ranked or labelled. Sponsored placements, where they exist, are always clearly marked as sponsored.
What data do you collect?
As little as we need. If you join early access we collect the contact details you give us so we can get in touch. We explain this on the form.
Is it free?
Comparing provider information is free for patients and relocation users. Providers can pay for profile and visibility tools; those prices are test prices during the pilot.
Which countries are covered?
We are at an early stage and cover a small set of countries while we build. [TO CONFIRM: current live countries]. Türkiye is a future expansion market, not a current one.
How does the relocation assessment work?
You answer seven questions about budget, work style and preferences, and a scoring engine returns a shortlist of matching countries and cities. The result is guidance, not a guarantee.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to start the assessment. Sign in only when you want to save your shortlist and return to it later.
What does 'verified' mean here?
We avoid the word 'verified' on its own. Instead we use specific labels — Source checked, Provider supplied, Not available, Needs review and Official-register match — so you always know exactly what was checked.
What is the difference between authorization and accreditation?
Authorization is official permission to operate — for example, a licence from a national or regional health authority. Accreditation is a voluntary quality standard awarded by an independent body. It is different from authorization and does not replace it.
How do I report something that looks wrong?
Use the contact page or email [TO CONFIRM: corrections@moveora.example]. We will mark the detail Needs review and check it again.
How do I list or manage my clinic?
Join the provider pilot through early access. You get an editable profile and basic visibility reports. We do not promise leads or patients.
What stage is Moveora at?
Moveora is at an early stage. We are validating the platform with real users and healthcare providers. Some areas show placeholder or sample information while we build.
